We offer an accelerated academic program that develops students sense of identity, fosters a sense of belonging, and encourages student action in contributing to the greater good of society.

We aim to affirm and explore students' individual identities as they explore who they are and who they want to become. We give students voice  and agency and encourage students to get involved in community-based programming. We educate students about local and global issues and we develop solutions and take action to improve our community.

All educators at SJA Vancouver are language teachers and our program places special emphasis on language and communication skills development in all content areas. All educators at SJA encourage personal responsibility, and self-reliance, and provide opportunities to develop relationship and collaboration skills. All educators at SJA Vancouver provide opportunities to develop both critical and creative thinking skills.
